We had a wonderful 4th of July, spent together as a family!
We had a normal morning (I did some organizing of Maggie's clothes), and then we ran a few errands.
We got some much needed new shoes for Brian and Maggie (and Colin, apparently), as the kids feet are MUCH bigger than I remember them.
We stopped by a fireworks tent to grab a few more fireworks for the evening, and headed home for a quick nap before going to Grammie and Granddad's house for the night.
All of the cousins in town were there (baby Daniel was sleeping!)
And true to every year, both the kids were pretty scared about the fireworks.
However, we got Maggie to do some sparklers which was pretty neat. She really liked them!
We spent so much time outside, just enjoying the nice weather.
Colin didn't do any fireworks, but he did add some mileage on his new shoes.

An attempt at a pic of Grammie and Granddad with the grandkids, but it was a long day and nobody was really interested in taking pictures!
We headed home and did a few more snappers and smoke bombs in our driveway before calling it a day
