We're hitting up lots of time in the pool - even double dipping with some bday parties there, too!
Maggie and I got some extra stroke-work in for swimming the other night - she was determined to get her breaststroke down since she was swimming it in the relays quite a bit!
She and I also volunteered at the soup kitchen one Sunday morning.
St. Therese church volunteers there once a month and I received an email saying they needed some help one morning. I was so glad to get that opportunity to volunteer with Maggie.
It was very humbling - I found me asking myself, why did God choose to have me on 'this' side of the serving line and not the other.
Maggie did a great job serving the salad - she brought some smiles to the people's faces for sure!
We even got to hang out with my good friend Ivana, too!
We hit up the local ice cream shop, too!
It's been super duper hot this summer - but one evening it was nice and cool, so we went to English Landing Park to run around for a bit
