About a month ago we went to Lake of the Ozarks for a fun little trip to visit an old college friend of mine. We went last summer and had so much fun - we all were really looking forward to it!
Before we left for the weekend, Brian took the kids to a little splash pad in North KC
We hoped to wear them out so they would sleep in the car, but no luck! :)
We got there a little later than we'd hoped for due to traffic in KC on the way out.
But, we got there and the kids started fishing right away!
We played a few games of Clue over the weekend - such a fun game!
Eli loved fishing and touching the fishes' eyeballs when he caught them :)

Sara, John, Mackenzie and Chase are such good hosts! We always have a blast when we are there and we appreciate all of their hospitality!
