It was a few weeks ago, but we made it to the Apple Orchard again this year.
It was HOT that day (almost 90 degrees in mid October), but it still was lots of fun!
Eli was distracted by all the apples, and was saying "ball" over and over again, wanting to throw and catch them. Once he figured out that they were food, he insisted on eating one that we picked off the tree. It's clean, right?!
He got to work on the apple, gnawing on it the entire time we were there (about 2 hours). He actually did pretty good with it, especially for only having 4 teeth!
A fairly decent family picture on the hay rack ride back to our car
Love this picture
So many fun things to play on there
Pumpkins everywhere, too!
Not quite how I pictured it in my mind, but pretty cute still
Brian was trying to get Eli to look by holding his apple up in the air - Eli wouldn't take his eyes off it!
Huge pumpkins on the back of a truck
The geese were running around trying to get Eli
Maggie with the Cool Bus
The guys on the hay rack ride around the pumpkin patch
Picking some apples - they were delicious Fuji apples
Brian's such a good sport letting them sit on his shoulders.
You guys, I'm serious, it was HOT!
The best picture I could get of the crew.
We had so much fun there - it's so nice that admission is free!
Happy Fall, Y'all
