Easter weekend was started off by Maggie losing her FIRST TOOTH!
The story behind it is pretty funny. She didn't even have a single wiggly tooth the day before it came out. She was eating dinner one night (watermelon, to be specific), and she accidentally stabbed the bottom of her tooth with her fork when she was eating it. Of course, there was drama and tears involved, but the end result was a SUPER wiggly bottom tooth.
She messed around with it the next day, decided she didn't want a wiggly tooth any longer, and then pulled it out after dinner the next night. She was pretty proud of herself.
The tooth fairy brings $5 for the first lost tooth.
She was pumped to find it in the morning!
We then headed down to Belton to have Easter with the Dudley side on Good Friday. It was a little bit rainy that morning, but then it cleared out and was beautiful and sunny in the afternoon.
Girl time!
These 3 played so hard all day!
It's so fun to watch them run crazy together and laugh a ton!
Eli tried hard to hang with the older kids - he loved playing with some new toys, though!
Sweet Arleigh Jean
Fun Aunt Tiffey had eggs ready to be colored.
After rest, the kids were ready to hunt for some eggs in the backyard.
Finished the day off with some bikes and balls in the cul-de-sac.
Such a great Easter celebration with family.
Colin had a birthday party the next day at a really neat arcade place.
He had so much fun.
On Easter morning the kids were ready for their Easter baskets.
Maggie got a couple NumNoms, Colin got some Pokemon cards, and Eli got the movie Moana.
They got ready for church and started a quick egg hunt in the house before we left for mass.
We even saw a cute little Easter bunny out our back window that morning.
Moose just sat and stared at it for a long time.
Goofy kids...
All dressed up - we had someone take our picture outside of church that morning
We came home, changed, then headed to Grammie and Granddad for some more Easter celebrating with the Teson side.
Maggie and baby Bennett
More egg hunting...
We are so blessed to have such wonderful family that we can be with during the holidays.
Happy Easter 2017!
